The hour and a half class constists of an hours yoga practice followed by a half hour Yoga Nidra/guided Relaxation;

£10 per session 

Rest & Renew Restorative Yoga  

Is also an hour and half class using the principles of restorative yoga but incorporating some subtle movement;

£10 per session
